Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

• All orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
• Depending on the weight and location, we use UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
• Orders for fabric swatches are shipped via USPS.

The tracking number is provided as soon as the order leaves the fulfillment center.

The transit time is determined by the order destination and the weight of the ordered product.

Multiple items in a single order:

If you ordered multiple items, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive separately.

Shipping in the USA:

We provide free shipping on orders over $99 inside the contiguous United States.

For orders under $99, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates (UPS, USPS, or FedEx). The final shipping cost depends on the weight and destination of your order.

Deliveries to Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, U.S. Territories, and Armed Forces regions are NOT FREE; shipping cost depends on the carrier.

All orders outside the contiguous USA are shipped via USPS or UPS.
