How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our support team by email, phone, or live chat — we’ll guide you through the process.
  2. Make sure your return falls within the allowed return window for your product (see below).
  3. Prepare your item for return by following the product-specific guidelines.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item was incorrect or defective.

 

Return Policy for Slipcovers

We accept returns or exchanges of slipcovers within 30 days of delivery.

 

Return Conditions:

  • The item must beunused, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or pet hair.
  • Original packaging, instructions, straps, and labels must be included.
  • The product must be in resellable condition.

 

Non-Returnable Conditions:

  • Used, laundered, or soiled slipcovers.
  • Damaged items or items without original packaging or care tags.

 

Restocking Fee:

If returned in less-than-perfect condition, a restocking fee of 10–50% may apply, depending on wear. We’ll always notify you before applying any fee.

 

Return Shipping:

  • Prepaid UPS label: $15 flat fee (deducted from your refund).
  • Or use your carrier (we recommend a trackable method).
  • For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories, return label costs will match your original shipping fee.  We’ll always let you know the exact amount ahead of time.

 

Return Policy for Waterproof Blankets

 

Return Conditions:

  • Return accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The blanket must be unused, unwashed, and free of stains, pet hair, odors, or noticeable fragrance/scent.
  • Must include original packaging, tags, and documentation.

 

Restocking Fee:

If a returned item does not meet our return conditions, a restocking fee of 10–50% may apply, depending on wear or noticeable fragrance/scent.

 

Return Policy for Mattress Protectors

We care deeply about cleanliness and safety, especially when it comes to baby and family essentials.

 

Return Conditions:

  • Must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and free of stains, pet hair, odors, or noticeable fragrance/scent.
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact.

 

Restocking Fee:

Returned items not in resellable condition may incur a 10–50% restocking fee, depending on the product’s wear or noticeable fragrance/scent.

 

Shipping Costs & Return Labels

  • Prepaid UPS label: $15 (only within the 48 contiguous U.S. states).
  • For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories: return label fee equals original shipping cost.
  • Exchanges

 

We’re happy to help with exchanges within the 30-day window.

  • One free exchange per order (customer covers return shipping).
  • For second exchanges, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

Wrong Item or Size?

If you received the wrong product or size, that’s on us, and we’ll fix it fast. Please reach out to us immediately, and we’ll send the correct item at no additional cost to you.

 

Refused Delivery

Refusing delivery will result in a $15 return shipping fee, as carriers charge us for the return.

 

Other Items

  • Fabric swatches are non-refundable.
  • All returns are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the item.
  • Refunds are applied to the original payment method.
  • We’ll notify you once your return is complete.
