Returns & Exchanges

 

We truly believe that you will love our slipcovers as much as we do. However, we understand, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be or may not fit your furniture. That is why we recommend to measure your furniture as it suggested in measuring guide and make sure it's within a specified range before purchasing slipcover in order to prevent returns. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product. 

Please note that Fabric Swatch Sets are non refundable.
If you live in Canada and would like to return the order back to USA, we won't be able to provide you with return shipping label.  

If you want to return or exchange the slipcover within 30 days since you received it please submit the form at the returns and refunds page. We’ll get back to you within 1 business day and provide you free returning shipping label.

Please note that returning shipping labels for non-contiguous USA shipping addresses (Alaska, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands) and Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific and Armed Forces are NOT Free. The cost of the return shipping label depends on UPS and USPS rates and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that after 30 days since you received the item, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a new condition and unused. It must also be in the original packaging with all folding cardboards, instructions and elastic straps (if included).  You can send the product back to us using our free UPS pre-paid shipping label or you can send it yourself with any carrier of your choice. Simply attach the label to the package and use the nearest UPS drop-off location.

However, if you decide to send it yourself the shipping cost is non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. In case if the returned item is in unsellable condition, we will charge restocking fee in the amount of 20-50% of the purchase. Unsellable condition examples are: slipcover is dirty or stained; slipcover has odor or bad smell; slipcover came with pet hair; fabric is damaged or has pulled threads; accessories are not returned or broken; packaging and/or instruction papers are damaged or missing.   Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  

 

Information for our dear customers who would like to exchange the product(s) for a second time

In some rare cases, it can happen that you would like exchange some item(s) from the exchange order that you initially requested and received. We would like to set your expectations about the shipping costs of 2nd exchange order. We offer free shipping of the initial order and the return of it for exchange ONLY ONCE. If you would like to send us back the exchanged order for another exchange, you will be asked to pay for a returning label (1st exchange order) and shipping cost for the 2nd exchange order.
