We truly believe that you will love our slipcovers as much as we do. However, we understand, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be or may not fit your furniture. That is why we recommend to measure your furniture as it suggested in measuring guide and make sure it's within a specified range before purchasing slipcover in order to prevent returns. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
Contact us if you want to return or exchange the slipcover within 30 days since you received it. Please fill up the form below and we’ll get back to you with instructions within 1 business day.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning/exchanging the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We can provide a pre-paid return shipping label by UPS as an option or you can send your return with a carrier of your choice. Label cost will be deducted from the refund amount or will be charged with additional invoice.

If you are returning or exchanging slipcover, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, after 30 days since you received the item, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a new condition and unused. It must also be in the original packaging with all folding cardboards, instructions and elastic straps.
In case if the returned item is in unsellable condition, we will charge restocking fee in the amount of 20-50% of the purchase. Unsellable condition examples are: slipcover is dirty or stained; slipcover has odor or bad smell; slipcover came with pet hair; fabric is damaged or has pulled threads; accessories are not returned or broken; packaging and/or instruction papers are damaged or missing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Kindly note that if you decide to return the exchanged order for refund we will process refund of the initial order and deduct the shipping cost for its shipping and for the return of exchanged order.
