Returns & Exchanges
At Mamma Mia Covers we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our goal is to provide a pleasant shopping experience that will encourage you to return for years to come. If you receive a product that doesn't meet your expectations or doesn't match your décor, our knowledgeable support team is just a phone call or email away. They'll guide you through our straightforward return policy.
You may return your purchase for a refund or exchange within 30 days, less shipping costs. Please note that all sales are considered final after 30 days from the original shipment date. Once you notify us of your intent to return your order, you must send us back the item(s) within 7 days from the date of your return notification.
Return refund conditions (less original shipping costs, if applicable):
- Returns must be in resellable condition.
- The item(s) must come with the original packaging and paperwork.
- Item(s) cannot be worn, scratched, soiled, stained, washed, or have pet hair on them.
- The item(s) cannot be modified (including removal of care or law labels).
- Return shipping costs are not refundable.
- Contact our support team via phone, email, chat, or the contact form below, and we will provide you with return instructions within one business day.
- Carefully pack your item(s) back into the original packaging. Print out your return label, if applicable, and attach it to the original box or another box of the same size, making sure to remove any outdated shipping labels and barcodes.
- Send the package back to our warehouse.
Return the package to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange. You will be responsible for the shipping costs using your preferred courier. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance if you don't want to use our return label.
To return the package, use our prepaid shipping label service. We use FedEx Ground, and the flat rate of $15 per return label will be charged to the customer or deducted from the refund amount.
- Your return label will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
- Print the label and stick it to the box in which the item(s) arrived, or another box of the same size.
- If you are unable to print on your own, your local FedEx store may be able to assist.
- Please ensure that any out-of-date shipping labels and barcodes are removed.
- Drop off the package at any authorized FedEx shipping location (including FedEx drop boxes and FedEx stores).
Please, be also aware of the following:
- The flat return rate of $15 is available for contiguous USA only. The cost of return shipping labels for non-contiguous USA shipping addresses will be determined by standard FedEx rates. This includes Alaska, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. It also applies to Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.
- Fabric swatch sets are not eligible for a refund.
- Unfortunately, we cannot provide a return shipping label if you are in Canada and wish to return an order to the United States.
- The refunds for returned items will be processed to the same payment method that was originally used for the purchase.
If you want to exchange the product(s) the second time:
In rare instances, you may wish to exchange an item from an order you've already received and exchanged once. We'd like to clarify that for such second exchanges, you will be responsible for both the return label costs (for the first exchanged order) and the shipping costs for the second exchange order.
We strongly recommend that you order product swatches from our website to determine which fabric best suits your needs. This can greatly assist you in making the right purchasing decision.
