What is your return policy?
We truly believe that you will love our slipcovers as much as we do. However, we understand, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be or may not fit your furniture. That is why we recommend to measure your furniture as it suggested in measuring guide and make sure it's within a specified range before purchasing slipcover in order to prevent returns. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.If you want to return or exchange the slipcover within 30 days since you received it please submit the form below. This is applicable to slipcovers purchased from July 1, 2020. Please note that 7 days return window is applicable for the orders purchased before July 1, 2020. Kindly submit the form below and we’ll get back to you within 1 business day.
If you would like to exchange slipcover for another one, we will provide you free of charge returning shipping label along with the invoice for the shipping of replacement item. Shipping label cost depends on the weight and distance between your address and our return center which is located in Miami, FL. After the payment we will send slipcover replacement. Our return policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, after 30 days since you received the item, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a new condition and unused. It must also be in the original packaging with all folding cardboards, instructions and elastic straps. In case if the returned item is in unsellable condition, we will charge restocking fee in the amount of 20-50% of the purchase. Unsellable condition examples are: slipcover is dirty or stained; slipcover has an odor or bad smell; slipcover came with pet hair; fabric is damaged or has pulled threads; accessories are not returned or broken; packaging and/or instruction papers are damaged or missingOnce your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 business days and credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original the payment method.If you want to return or exchange the slipcover within 30 days since you received it, please submit the form below.
Can I return the Exchanged order?
Kindly note that if you decide to return the exchanged order for refund we will process refund of the initial order and deduct the shipping cost for its shipping and for the return of exchanged order.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return is received and inspected, It typically takes 3-5 business days for a refund to appear in your account.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
How can I update or cancel my order?

Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly to ensure our customers receive their orders as soon as possible, but we’ll do our best to process your request!

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

Mamma Mia Slipcovers are machine washable in cold water. Wash separately at gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Low heat, tumble dry. Do not dry-clean. Do not iron.
Is slipcover safe for pets and/or kids?
Mamma Mia slipcovers made of patented eco-friendly and soft Italian fabric with skin friendly pH and 100% hypoallergenic. Ideal for homes with children and pets.
Will it fit my armchair/sofa/corner sectional, etc.?
Each type of our slipcovers is one size fits most. Slipcover is made of patented stretch bi-elastic fabric with elasticity of 120%. Please measure back seat of your couch from arm to arm and make sure it's within specified range. Follow measuring guide in the photo section of each listing for your reference. Do you sell ottoman covers?
We currently do not offer ottoman slipcovers, but we are working on it and expecting availability soon.

Is it pet proof/resistant?
Our slipcovers are pet friendly and can protect your couch from scratching. But every case is different and some pets may destroy slipcover and couch all together. Please refer to the product reviews, there's many happy customers with pets.
I measured my corner sectional couch to 215 inches. Will this product fit ??
Even though your measuring is out of manufacturer’s suggested range of 135”- 208” wide, the slipcover will fit your corner couch because of its high stretchability and unique structure of the fabric and it’s proven as per our customers feedback who purchased slipcovers for their larger furniture pieces already. Please refer to customer reviews with pictures.
While ordering slipcover for L shaped couch how to determine if it’s left or right chase? Is it as if I’m looking at it from the front or if I’m sitting in it?
In order to determine on which side is your chase and order the right slipcover, you’ll have to stand in front of your L shaped sectional sofa and determine on which side is the chase – if it’s on the right – you’d need a L-shaped slipcover with Right chase, if it’s on the left – you’d need a L-shaped slipcover with Left chase. Please refer to measuring guide in the photo section of each listing, it might be helpful as well.
Our couch has loose pillows for the back cushion. Will the cover for loose pillows?
Our slipcovers come in one piece and work for couches with loose pillows as well. Please watch the video instruction on how to put a slipcover on an L shaped couch with Left chaise in the photo section of the listing so you can have an idea on how that works. Also I would suggest checking the pictures from our customers in the product reviews with couches with loose pillows. We have many happy customers.
Are these slipcovers waterproof/spillproof?
No, these slipcovers are not waterproof. It can protect from dirt, stains, hair, but not from liquid or urine. But it's washable in washing machine.
Does this work with leather furniture?
Our covers are great for leather sofas. Elastic straps with buckles (comes with L shaped and Corner sectional slipcovers), attached under sofa will hold slipcover in its place. Tuck anti-slip cardboards with ridges (included) into the grooves between seat and armrests to prevent slipcover from sliding.
We have a couch in the middle of the room, with the back showing. Does it cover the entire back of the couch? How does it look?
Our slipcovers look great and presentable from all of the sides - front, back and sides. So If the couch is located in the middle of the room, it will look gorgeous, and become an attractive spot that will change your interior for the better.
Does the item require ironing?
It doesn't require ironing at all, and ready to be used straight out of the box. It will fit nicely, ideally following the curves of your favorite furniture piece.
What material is fabric made of?
The composition of the fabric depends on the collection and may vary. Slipcovers from Microfibra collection are made of 100% polyester. Slipcovers from Mille Righe Collection are made of 60% cotton and 40% polyester. All fabric is two-way stretch bi-elastic fabric with an elasticity of 120%. This Italian fabric has skin friendly pH and 100% hypoallergenic. Certified by Oeko-Tex 100 – Global fabric safety standard. All info can be found in description of the product specifically.
Is this slipcover machine washable?
Yes. Slipcovers from all our collections are machine washable and maintain color and shape after up to 120 washes. Please follow these washing and care instructions from the manufacturer:
- Machine wash cold permanent press;
- Do not bleach;
- Low heat, tumble dry;
- Do not dry-clean.
For a couch with a chaise, does the chaise need to be a separate piece?
No, it doesn't need to be separate piece. Our L-shaped slipcovers come in one piece with all accessories required for installation.
Is there a video for installation of the L shaped couch?

Will this fit my corner sectional that has two built in recliners, one on each end?
It will fit however you will not be able to open the recliners. It’s not designed for reclining sofas so it’s not recommended. We only have slipcovers for reclining armchairs.
Is this one piece connected or 2 separate pieces
Our slipcovers come in one piece with all accessories required for installation.
Does this cover fit a lazy boy recliner?
Yes, it does.
Does it fit t-cushion sofa?
Yes. It works well on t-cushion sofas. Please check photo reviews from our customers.
Do you have slipcovers for Wing back chair?
Our Armchair slipcovers will stretch enough and fit wing back chairs as well.
Will these covers fit Ikea sofa or armchair?
Sure, our slipcovers fit most of the Ikea furniture pieces, including the most popular models: Stockholm, Ektorp, Kivik, Karlstad, Nockeby, etc.

What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every two weeks without any interest.
Are there extra fees when I use Afterpay?
Afterpay is always zero interest. You pay nothing extra when you pay on time, according to your payment schedule. The only fees are late fees for missed payments.
When will my items be delivered if i use Afterpay?
Afterpay orders are handled and delivered like any other order placed on mammamiacovers.com. We ship all orders within 1 business day. You’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
How do I use Afterpay?
Simply choose Afterpay as your payment method during checkout and you will be directed to the Afterpay website. If it’s your first time using Afterpay, you’ll be required to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log into your Afterpay account. Then complete your order—it’s that easy!
How does the Afterpay schedule work?
All Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are then charged automatically to your selected payment method every two weeks in equal installments. How do I return or exchange an item purchased with Afterpay?
Can I edit or modify my Afterpay order after placing it?
Once Afterpay has approved an order, additional items cannot be added. Mamma Mia Covers is able to issue partial refunds through Afterpay if items are not in stock or cannot be fulfilled for any reason. We encourage customers to place a new, and separate order if they would like to add additional items to their purchase.
Afterpay is committed to supporting responsible spending and we do not approve all orders. If an order fails Afterpay’s order assessment criteria, the customer will be directed back to your website’s checkout page with a notification that the order has been declined. The customer can then attempt to complete the purchase using a different payment method.

How can I increase my chances of being accepted for Pay later?
Klarna is unique and offers Pay later based on a number of factors such as the order value, previous order history and item availability.
If you are 18 or over, you can improve your chances of being offered Pay later by ensuring you provide your full name and accurate address details and shipping to your registered billing address.
All orders are assessed individually. Just because you have had Pay later before does not mean it will be offered for every order and in turn, as it is denied does not mean it will be denied for all future orders.
What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?
If you want to make a purchase with Klarna, you'll need to provide your mobile phone number and your email address. The mobile number is required in case we need to reach you. All statements will be sent to your email address. Will a credit search take place against me?
Klarna may run so-called unrecorded enquiries (or soft credit searches) that do not affect credit scoring and are only visible to you and Klarna, but not visible to other lenders. Neither Klarna nor MotelRocks run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating.
Why have I not been offered Pay later?
Although Pay later is widely promoted it is not always universally available. The Pay later method is automatically generated by algorithms that are dependent upon a number of factors including amount of order, the online store, previous order history and item availability. Alternatively, you are able to complete your order by paying by credit or debit card at the checkout.
What are my payment options with Klarna?
You can pay with debit or credit card immediately in the checkout or take advantage of our Pay later payment option, where you can pay for the goods once you have received them via credit card or debit card.
What happens if I cancel or return my order?
As soon as MotelRocks have accepted your cancellation/return, then Klarna will cancel the statement or refund your payment.
What happens if I don’t pay for my order?
To help you pay on time, we'll alert you two days before payment is due – you'll receive email reminders to pay – and, if very late, we’ll also send you a text or letter, too. If you fail to pay Klarna for your order, your credit score will be affected.
I have been asked to go to Klarna's site. Is this correct?
If you have chosen to Pay later, Klarna will send you an email with further details on how to pay. Your email will contain a link to Klarna where you can settle your payment with your credit or debit card.
What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?
If you want to make a purchase with Klarna you need to provide your name, address and email address. For some orders you may need to provide your mobile number or date of birth, too. All information will be sent to your email address, including payment reminders and links to your online statements. It's very important, that you give us the correct details, as otherwise you will not receive the payment information.
Is my payment information safe?
Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are transferred to or held by MotelRocks All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.
Can I pay before the due date?
You can pay for your order at any point after you receive the email from Klarna with the details of your payment on. Just follow the instructions on this email to pay for your order.
Have you received my payment?
If you pay by card, MotelRocks will confirm your order right away. If paying by Pay later, Klarna will send you a payment confirmation to the email address that you have used for your order. If you have made a payment but not received the payment confirmation, you can always check the status of your order and payments by logging in at www.klarna.com.
What happens to my statement, when I've returned the goods?
Once MotelRocks has received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement will be sent to you by Klarna if you've made a partial return. With a full return, your statement will be closed.
I've received a statement, but I've not yet received my goods.
You don’t have to pay right away. If your due date is near and there is no sign of your goods, please call MotelRocks to check on delivery. You can also contact Klarna’s Customer Service so that we can postpone the due date on your payment.
I have cancelled my order. How long will it take until I receive my refund?
As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?
If you have paid for your order with card, the refund will be made back to the same card. If you have not paid the statement yet, then the refund will reduce the statement or cancel it completely.
I haven’t received an email with my statement/payment information.

What types of microorganisms does Sanitized® protection work against?
