Where do you ship? + -

We provide free shipping on orders over $99 inside the contiguous United States. Please keep in mind that deliveries to Alaska, American Samoa, the Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Armed Forces Americas, the Armed Forces Europe, and the Armed Forces Pacific are NOT FREE; the shipping cost is determined by the carrier.

We DO NOT ship internationally.

Do you offer free shipping? + -

We provide free shipping on orders over $99 inside the contiguous United States.

Do you have express shipping options? + -

Express shipping is available for an additional charge. Express orders placed and charged before 12 noon EST are dispatched the same day, unless it falls on a weekend or holiday, in which case the order will be shipped the following business day.

When will my order be shipped? + -

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, within the contiguous US. Shipping to Alaska, American Samoa, the Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Armed Forces Americas, the Armed Forces Europe, and the Armed Forces Pacific requires 3–7 business days. When your delivery is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

My order was not delivered. How should I proceed? + -

Please do not be worried! Check the tracking number and the status of your package first. Then, if you haven't received your order within 24 hours of the status changing to "delivered," please contact us. We are pleased to assist!

I received my order, but it is damaged. + -

We request that you contact us in writing and send us photos through e-mail within 48 hours of receiving your order if there are damages that were not spotted at the time of delivery. We cannot cover your replacement(s) for free if the damage is not quickly and completely identified and reported. At our discretion, we will work with you to find the best solution to the problem. This can include replacing the defective item (s).

How can I order to Canada? + -

Easy. Just visit our website, mammamiacovers.ca, and place the order there. Enjoy your shopping.

How can I track my order? + -

You can track your order by downloading the Shop app after checkout. Once in the app, add a tracking number sent to you and get shipping status, carrier info, and a live map view of your order.

How do I place a return or exchange? + -

We’re sorry you didn’t like your slipcover! Please submit a return/ exchange request on the Returns and Refund page

What is your return policy? + -

Our return policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, after 30 days since you received the item, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. Your item must be in a new condition and unused to be eligible for a return. It must also be in the original packaging with all folding cardboards, instructions, and elastic straps. If the returned item is in unsellable condition, we will charge a restocking fee of 20-50% of the purchase.

Can I return the Exchanged order? + -

Yes, you can return the exchanged order within 30 days from the delivery date. We will provide you with the shipping label. For more questions, please contact us.

Please note that returns from Alaska, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific are NOT FREE. The label cost depends on the carrier's rate. 

How long does it take to process a return? + -

Once your return is received and inspected, It usually takes 3-5 business days for a refund to reach your account.

What should I do if I’ve received the wrong product or size? + -

Oh no, we’re so sorry! If you received the wrong item(s), please email us at support@mammamiacovers.com, and we will sort things out!

What forms of payment do you accept? + -

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Also, feel free to use Klarna or AfterPay interest-free installment plans. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

How can I update or cancel my order? + -

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mammamiacovers.com. Orders can only be canceled 15 minutes after they are placed. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly to ensure that our customers receive their orders as soon as possible.

How can I check the status of my order? + -

You'll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number when your package is shipped. Use this tracking number to check where your order is.

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout? + -

You can only use one promo code per order. If you’ve come across two valid promo codes in the wild, pick the one you like more ;)

What are the care instructions for my product? + -

Care instructions can be found on the product tags and at the bottom of product pages. 

Slipcovers are machine washable in cold water (no more than 30 degrees). Wash separately at a gentle cycle. Do NOT bleach. Low heat, no tumble dry. Do NOT dry-clean. Do NOT iron.

Is slipcover suitable for homes with pets and/or kids? + -

Our slipcovers are made of patented eco-friendly and soft Italian fabric with skin-friendly pH and 100% hypoallergenic. They protect your furniture from scratching and clawing. Ideal for homes with children and pets.

Will it fit my armchair/sofa/corner sectional, etc.? + -

Each type of our slipcovers is one size fits most. Our slipcovers are made of patented stretch bi-elastic fabric with an elasticity of 100%. Please measure the back of your couch from arm to arm and make sure it's within the specified range. Follow the measuring guide in the photo section. What Collection to choose if I have a pet? + -

We recommend our Microfibra and Velvet collections. 

The advantage of using these Collections is that your pet loses interest in damaging it. This fact has been proven by many of our happy customers. Please do not choose Mille Righe Collection if you have a cat or dog at home.

Is it pet proof-/resistant? + -

Almost all our slipcovers are pet friendly and can protect your couch from scratching. But every case is different, and some pets may destroy the slipcover and couch altogether. Please refer to the product reviews. There’re many happy customers with pets.

I measured my corner sectional couch to 215 inches. Will your product fit it? + -

Even though your measuring is out of the manufacturer's suggested range of 135"- 208" wide, the slipcover might fit your corner couch because of its high stretchability and unique fabric structure. You can see the proof among our customers' feedback who already purchased slipcovers for their larger furniture pieces. Please refer to customer reviews with pictures. But every case is different, and if you have any doubts, please email us a photo of your sectional sofa at support@mammamiacovers.com. We are happy to help.

While ordering a slipcover for an L-shaped couch, how to determine if it's left or right chase? Is it as if I'm looking at it from the front or if I'm sitting on it? + -

To determine on which side is your chase is and order the right slipcover, you'll have to stand in front of your L shaped sectional sofa and determine on which side is the chase – if it's on the right – you'd need an L-shaped slipcover with Right chase if it's on the left – you'd need an L-shaped slipcover with Left chase. Please refer to the measuring guide in the photo section. It might be helpful as well.

Our couch has loose pillows for the back cushion. Is slipcover suitable for loose pillows? + -

Our slipcovers come in one piece and work for couches with loose pillows. Please watch the video instruction on putting a slipcover on an L-shaped couch with a Left chaise in the photo section to understand how that works. Also, we would suggest checking the pictures from our customers in the product reviews with couches with loose pillows. We have many happy customers.

Are these slipcovers waterproof/spillproof? + -

No, these slipcovers are not waterproof. They can protect from dirt, stains, and hair, but not from liquid or urine. But. They can be easily washed in the washing machine.

Does this work with leather furniture? + -

Our covers are great for leather sofas. Elastic straps with buckles (comes with L-shaped and Corner sectional slipcovers). Attached under the sofa, they hold a slipcover in its place. To prevent the slipcover from sliding, you can tuck anti-slip cardboards with ridges (included) into the grooves between the seat and armrests.

We have a couch in the middle of the room, showing the back. Does it cover the entire back of the couch? How does it look? + -

Our slipcovers look tremendous and presentable from the front, back, and sides. So If the couch is located in the middle of the room, it will look gorgeous and become an attractive spot that will change your interior for the better.

Does the item require ironing? + -

It doesn't require ironing and is ready to be used straight out of the box. It fits nicely, ideally following the curves of your favorite furniture piece.

What material is fabric made of? + -

The composition of the fabric depends on the collection and may vary. Slipcovers from the Microfibra collection are made of 100% polyester. Slipcovers from Mille Righe Collection are made of 60% cotton and 40% polyester. All fabrics are two-way stretch bi-elastic fabrics with an elasticity of 100%. This Italian fabric has skin-friendly pH and is 100% hypoallergenic. They are certified by Oeko-Tex 100 – Global fabric safety standard. Is this slipcover machine washable? + -

Yes. Slipcovers from all our collections are machine washable and maintain color and shape after up to 120 washes. Please follow these washing and care instructions from the manufacturer:
- Machine wash cold permanent press;
- Do not bleach;
- Do not tumble dry;
- Do not dry-clean.

For a couch with a chaise, does the chaise need to be a separate piece? + -

No, it doesn't need to be separate piece. Our L-shaped slipcovers come in one piece with all accessories required for installation.

Is there a video for installation of the L shaped couch? + -

Will this fit my corner sectional that has two built in recliners, one on each end? + -

It will fit however you will not be able to open the recliners. It’s not designed for reclining sofas so it’s not recommended. We only have slipcovers for reclining armchairs.

Is this one piece connected or 2 separate pieces + -

Our slipcovers come in one piece with all accessories required for installation.

Does this cover fit a lazy boy recliner? + -

Yes, it does.

Does it fit t-cushion sofa? + -

Yes, it is. It works well with t-cushion sofas. Please check photo reviews from our customers.

Do you have slipcovers for a wingback chair? + -

Yes, we do! We have slipcovers for wingback chairs in our Microfibra collection.

Will these covers fit the Ikea sofa or armchair? + -

Our slipcovers fit most Ikea furniture pieces, including the most popular models: Stockholm, Ektorp, Kivik, Karlstad, Nockeby, etc.

What is Afterpay? + -

Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every two weeks without any interest.

Are there extra fees when I use Afterpay? + -

Afterpay is always zero interest. According to your payment schedule, you pay nothing extra when you pay on time. The only fees are late fees for missed payments.

When will my items be delivered if i use Afterpay? + -

Afterpay orders are handled and delivered like any other order placed on mammamiacovers.com. We ship all orders within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number when your package is on its way.

How do I use Afterpay? + -

Choose Afterpay as your payment method during checkout, and you will be directed to the Afterpay website. If it’s your first time using Afterpay, you’ll be required to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Afterpay before, log in to your Afterpay account. Then complete your order. It’s that easy!

How does the Afterpay schedule work? + -

All Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are then charged automatically to your selected payment method every two weeks in equal installments. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Afterpay to make your payments early. Afterpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.

You can log in to your Afterpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next date.

What if I can't pay an Afterpay installment? + -

If funds are not available or you otherwise do not make your payment when it is due, late payment penalties may be applied. Click here for complete terms.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased with Afterpay? + -

Returns of items purchased with Afterpay can be made following Mamma Mia Covers' return policy. Please note that refunds for Afterpay will first be refunded from Mamma Mia Covers to Afterpay and then to you. Have more questions about returns of items using Afterpay? Go to help.afterpay.com.

Can I edit or modify my Afterpay order after placing it? + -

Once Afterpay has approved an order, additional items cannot be added. Mamma Mia Covers can issue partial refunds through Afterpay if items are not in stock or cannot be fulfilled. We encourage customers to place a new, separate order if they want to add additional items to their purchase.

Declined orders + -

Afterpay is committed to supporting responsible spending, and we do not approve all orders. If an order fails Afterpay’s order assessment criteria, the customer will be directed back to your website’s checkout page with a notification that the order has been declined. The customer can then attempt to complete the purchase using a different payment method.

What is Klarna? + -

How does Pay later work? + -

Once your order's confirmed, you'll receive an email with payment instructions within two days from Klarna. You'll then have to pay when you’re happy. Complete the payment online, at your convenience, with no extra cost. You can pay via credit or debit card at www.klarna.com/uk

Am I eligible for Pay later? + -

To use Pay later you must be at least 21 y.o. Whilst this option is widely promoted, Pay later is subject to your financial circumstances. When choosing Pay later, our assessment will not affect your credit rating.

How can I increase my chances of being accepted for Pay later? + -

Klarna is unique and offers Pay later based on a number of factors such as the order value, previous order history and item availability.

If you are 21 or over, you can improve your chances of being offered Pay later by ensuring you provide your full name and accurate address details and shipping to your registered billing address.

All orders are assessed individually. Just because you have had Pay later before does not mean it will be offered for every order and in turn, as it is denied does not mean it will be denied for all future orders.

What do I need to provide when I make a purchase? + -

If you want to make a purchase with Klarna, you'll need to provide your mobile phone number and your email address. The mobile number is required in case we need to reach you. All statements will be sent to your email address. It's very important that you give us the correct details, as otherwise you will not receive the payment information and so will be liable for delayed payment fees.

Will a credit search take place against me? + -

Klarna may run so-called unrecorded enquiries (or soft credit searches) that do not affect credit scoring and are only visible to you and Klarna, but not visible to other lenders. Neither Klarna nor MotelRocks run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating.

Why have I not been offered Pay later? + -

Although Pay later is widely promoted it is not always universally available. The Pay later method is automatically generated by algorithms that are dependent upon a number of factors including amount of order, the online store, previous order history and item availability. Alternatively, you are able to complete your order by paying by credit or debit card at the checkout.

What are my payment options with Klarna? + -

You can pay with debit or credit card immediately in the checkout or take advantage of our Pay later payment option, where you can pay for the goods once you have received them via credit card or debit card.

What happens if I cancel or return my order? + -

As soon as Mamma Mia Covers has accepted your cancellation/return, then Klarna will cancel the statement or refund your payment.

What happens if I don’t pay for my order? + -

To help you pay on time, we'll alert you two days before payment is due – you'll receive email reminders to pay – and, if very late, we’ll also send you a text or letter, too. The only fees are late fees for missed payments.

I have been asked to go to Klarna's site. Is this correct? + -

If you have chosen to Pay later, Klarna will send you an email with further details on how to pay. Your email will contain a link to Klarna where you can settle your payment with your credit or debit card.

What do I need to provide when I make a purchase? + -

If you want to make a purchase with Klarna you need to provide your name, address and email address. For some orders you may need to provide your mobile number or date of birth, too. All information will be sent to your email address, including payment reminders and links to your online statements. It's very important, that you give us the correct details, as otherwise you will not receive the payment information.

Is my payment information safe? + -

Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are transferred to or held by MammaMia Covers. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.



Can I pay before the due date? + -

You can pay for your order at any point after you receive the email from Klarna with the details of your payment on. Just follow the instructions on this email to pay for your order.

Have you received my payment? + -

If you pay by card, MotelRocks will confirm your order right away. If paying by Pay later, Klarna will send you a payment confirmation to the email address that you have used for your order. If you have made a payment but not received the payment confirmation, you can always check the status of your order and payments by logging in at www.klarna.com.

What happens to my statement, when I've returned the goods? + -

Once we have received the return (partial or full) and you have received the confirmation of it, an updated statement will be sent to you by Klarna if you've made a partial return. With a full return, your statement will be closed.

I've received a statement, but I've not yet received my slipcovers. + -

You don’t have to pay right away. If your due date is near and there is no sign of the delivery, please contact us to check on delivery. You can also contact Klarna’s Customer Service so that we can postpone the due date on your payment.

I have cancelled my order. How long will it take until I receive my refund? + -

As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.

I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded? + -

If you have paid for your order with card, the refund will be made back to the same card. If you have not paid the statement yet, then the refund will reduce the statement or cancel it completely.

I haven’t received an email with my statement/payment information. + -

If you do not have your statement number to hand you can log in at www.klarna.com/us, where you will find all of your orders and be able to make payments.
