Our Return Policy
You can return your purchase for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it, minus the shipping costs. We ask that the items come back in original, unused condition with all packaging and components included, so we can make sure they’re ready for someone else to enjoy.
Here’s how to ensure your return goes smoothly:
- Items should be free of any stains, odors, or visible signs of use.
- Please include all original packaging and any extras like instructions or elastic straps.
- Make sure the care labels are still attached.
If an item is returned in a condition that we can’t resell, we may need to apply a restocking fee of 10-50% depending on the situation. But we’ll always be upfront and fair with you about this.
Return Shipping Costs
To make things easier, we offer two options for return shipping:
- Use our prepaid UPS label for a flat fee of $15 (for orders within the 48 contiguous U.S. states), which will be deducted from your refund.
- Or, if you prefer, you can use your own courier. Just remember, that shipping costs are not refundable, and we suggest choosing a trackable service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories, return label costs will match your original shipping fee. We’ll always let you know the exact amount ahead of time.
Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, we’ll carefully inspect it within 3-5 business days. As soon as everything looks good, we’ll process your refund or exchange and apply the credit to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.
We understand that waiting for a refund can be a bit nerve-wracking, but we promise to keep you updated throughout the process. If there’s anything you’re unsure about, just ask — we’re always here to help.
Exchanging an Item
If you decide to exchange an item, we’re happy to help with that, too. You can exchange your purchase once within the 30-day window. If you need a second exchange, we’ll gladly process it, but please note that return shipping for both exchanges will be at your expense.
What If I Receive the Wrong Product or Size?
We sincerely apologize if we made a mistake with your order. If you received the wrong item or size, please let us know right away. We’ll make sure the correct item gets to you as quickly as possible, with no extra cost or hassle on your end.
What Happens If I Refuse Delivery Of My Order?
Please be aware that refusing a package delivery will automatically incur a $15 return fee. This fee is applied because the carrier charges us for the return shipping when the delivery is declined. While we offer free shipping on orders, return shipping costs are not covered under our policy.

- Fabric swatches are not eligible for a refund.
- For customers outside the contiguous U.S., return label costs will be calculated based on standard UPS rates.
- If you're in Canada, we kindly ask that you arrange your own return shipping, as we currently cannot provide prepaid labels for international returns.
