SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
- All orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
- Depending on the weight and location, we use UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
- Orders for fabric swatches are shipped via USPS.
The tracking number is provided as soon as the order leaves the fulfillment center. If the information has not yet been displayed on the courier's website, please try again later.
The transit time is determined by the order destination and the weight of the ordered product. We will select the best shipping method possible.
Multiple items in a single order
If you ordered multiple items, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in different shipments on different dates. Please expect to receive all of the products unless we have notified you of an item cancellation.
Shipping in the USA
We provide free shipping on orders over $99 inside the contiguous United States. Orders containing several items may be sent in separate parcels and arrive on different days.
Please keep in mind that deliveries to Alaska, American Samoa, the Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Armed Forces Americas, the Armed Forces Europe, and the Armed Forces Pacific are NOT FREE; the shipping cost is determined by the carrier. Furthermore, due to limited logistics choices in some areas, delivery may take longer than usual.
All orders with shipping addresses outside of the contiguous United States are shipped via USPS and UPS at your choice.

- EASY TO INSTALL: Special anti-slip cardboards are included, preventing slipcover from sliding. Use cardboards and tuck them into the grooves, where needed, to make the fabric tighter and stay in place.
- EASY TO CARE: Slipcovers are machine washable in cold water (no more than 30° C / 105° F). Wash separately at a gentle cycle. Do NOT bleach. Do NOT dry-clean. Do NOT iron. Tumble dry no more than 30° C / 105° F.
